  • Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. During the holiday season, please allow additional time for processing due to high order volume.

  • Shipping: We ship via USPS,or UPS and will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delays: While we aim to ship promptly, please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns on handmade candles.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
